The Medicine Wheel has teachings according to our teachings, however, there are a few that are common to all of our cultures. This mat is meant to be a tool for you to learn or to teach. Made of polyester it will be easy to clean. It is an indoor mat. This mat will be folded for shipping and will arrive with creases that will flatten over time. 
This mat is available in 4 sized and features a feather designed by Shar Wilson, Gitxsan Artist.
